The Parc régional des Grèves offers the “Jack Rabbit – Competition†program specially designed for children aged 8 to 11. This activity is the perfect opportunity for young ski enthusiasts to develop their skills and participate in friendly competitions.
Located on the Chemin du Golf in Sorel-Tracy, the ski school provides children with a program for learning techniques in classic and free styles. The objective is to get children to integrate sports into their lives while encouraging participation and enjoyment. Classes take place in a forest environment and emphasize the development of physical literacy.
This program aims to encourage skiing among young people while developing their love of the outdoors. It is part of an approach aimed at promoting a healthy and active lifestyle.
If there is snow, this program will be held every Saturday from January 13 to March 2, 2024 from 3 p.m. to 4:15 p.m. Participants will also have a course of approximately 6 hours during an out-of-town trip. Reservations can be made online at; http://www.parcregionaldesgreves.com
